Booch has been working with The Culinary Farm in Chatham, Ontario (yes that's right! Passionfruit grown in Ontario!) all season long to source their locally grown, and carefully tended to, passionfruit. Growing passionfruit and ensuring it's yield is hard work, and the process involves hand-pollinating each and every passionflower! It is a science, an art, and a form of love!!
Ingredients: Filtered water, kombucha (yeast and bacteria), organic cane sugar, organic fermented black tea, organic oranges, organic and local passionfruit, organic and local ginger, positive energy, and love.
