How long does it last?
Kimchi should be kept refrigerated all times in order to prevent it from fermenting too quickly. Bella's handmade Kimchi stays fresh for up to 3 months as long as it is refrigerated and sealed. Once you open it, we recommend that it be eaten within a few weeks, for optimal crunchiness.
